RE: Cruisairs- the saga continues
Had some time off last week. I went over to Marathon as they stated they worked on Cruisairs.
I talked to their service manager, Gary Vincent. I told him the issue I was having and made the mistake stating that it was on a Liberty. He took me into his office and not once, but twice asked if I was going to buy a Marathon. I told him my wife liked the coach.
He then hemmed and hawed about working on Cruisairs and said it was 10 years ago they worked on them and then they had to send them out. He took his notebook out and flipped the page and took my contact information down. I think that page was to remind him to not call me. Which he has not.
I have the coach at Christian Martinez' shop while he works on my Cruisairs.
Guess I should have worn a suit.
I just made an appointment with Prevost for level 3 service- treated me like a king- dirty clothes and all.
