I called him on Tuesday and he texted that he was working on some details about the problem I have. They worked on my Cruisairs last year. Today at 4 pm I received a call from Bob at Trawick. I told him my conversation with Kenneth and was waiting on a return call.
Bob said " He won't call you back" I said WHAT? He said that he is doing something else. Why didn't they say that in the first place. I'm done with them.
Marathon in Grand Prairie will get my business. They were eager for me to bring the coach in. FYI

Ernie, I spent a month at Marathon Grand Prairie while they and Prevost worked on my coach when I first bought it. During that time, I watched while they worked on several coaches with Cruisair problems. So, if that's any indication, they should know how to fix yours.
