Al, Yes, the OTR air was surprisingly cold. On my last stop, I found a Prevost XL manual in a draw that explain how to controls the temperature for the drive and the rear.
I only ran the generator after I stopped for the night. Since my batteries are about 4 years old, I was not sure how long they would last running the cruise airs along with the refrigerator, so to be safe I ran the generator. Next weekend, I am planning to take it out to our local casino parking lot and due more testing with the batteries to see how long they will last before they get below 50%.
