1995 Prevost - SALVAGE title...
I'm checking out a Prevost that needs a new ECM and repairs to the 12v system as the coach won't start right now. Supposedly the previous owner drove it into a ditch and when the wrecker pulled it out they damaged the wiring in some manner.... so now it doesn't start. Hmmmm.

It has some exterior damage such as the right rear wheels lost their exterior sheeting and the front bumper cover is damaged....

If I can get this for $16k do you think it's a good buy or should I forget about it...

Michael

P.S. - Is David around or is he on the road... I was hoping to talk with him about this but haven't gotten a response.

You may find out the repair is far more than the valve of coach after spending $60-$100 K and yet you still have a salvage title to resell in the future. The only person that can answer that question is you. You will not be able to go into a Prevost repair facility without getting a $3 K to $ 5 K just for regular maintenance, you can see what the future will be for that type of deal.

I would check the engine if it is not frozen????? it may be worth the effort.
count on $1000.00 for ECM installed and programmed by Detroit.
