The last time I bought Lifeline's I bought them from Tom. It was in January of 2012 and I paid $448 per GPL-4D battery. That's a 25% increase over the past 5 years. Looking around the web I see that the going retail price of a GPL-4D is in the mid $500's. There was once upon a time when Tom offered Prevost owners a good deal on Lifelines. Looks like those days are no more.

And who said there is no price inflation!!!!!! It is a free economy they take what they can get. It will get better soon ?????? So its been said.

David, I bought new batteries for my LXi in early 2015 just before I sold it. I bought them from San Diego battery world and they shipped to Redlands who installed them for me. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe I paid $495 each for them with free delivery. The link below shows that they will still sell you a single GPL-4DL for $495. I don't know if they would discount the price from that if you buy 6 or 8. I don't think they will ship across the country for free tho. Probably free if you are within their regular local delivery routes. Also, they want your cores or it's another $35 added to the battery price.
