I have lots of land Al. What I'm going to do is dedicate a portion to concrete steel reinforced ramps. So, it'll be somewhat of an above ground pit. I'm afraid my water table is too high for a traditional pit. The horse stalls are gone, the office is gone, and I've made room for a hydraulic cantilevered hanger style door. The next task is to figure out how big a hole I can cut in the front of the building to fit my garage door and what I need to do to restore strength to the building.
