We received our replacement parts straight from Italy for the quarter round glass shower enclosure. Replacing the shower door rollers is not a problem, but the track that it is rolling on is a different story. Getting the old cracked cover gasket out was easy as pie and if we try to snap the old pieces back in in slides right in again, however that new track just won't snap in. We tried heating it with hair dryer and even heat gun, but to no avail. Anyone out there attempted this project yet and has any ideas?
